seeking a proven Recruiting/Placement Director. Strategic
Placement Services is in a unique position specializing in
accounting/finance, technology, and administrative placements with

SPS is seeking a Recruiting/Placement Director with
demonstrated success in business development, negotiation, communication
and problem-solving ability with leadership experience in a fast-paced
placement environment. As Director, this position will be
responsible for evaluating and streamlining processes and systems;
managing and developing staff; client development; marketing and
business development that provides incremental revenue growth; as well
as managing a personal book of business.
Requirements:

Our client in the Montgomery area is looking for a Business
Operations Analyst with strong operations and workflow
analysis, and financial projections experience. This position
reports directly to the COO.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design and manage processes and systems that drive
business
- Document and review workflow of operations and work with the teams
involved in assaying strengths and weaknesses and implementing
