At Strategic Placement Services, we pride ourselves on quality.  Linda Browder, SPS Director, is SPHR certified and has more then 15 years experience in Human Resources management. Kelly Cochran, Director of Human Resources for Wilson Price and HR Consultant, has over 15 years of HR experience, an MBA, and PHR certified in 1996. Jessica M. MInkler, Recruiter has 6 years of sales and marketing experience. We are excited to welcome her as a new member of our SPS team. As a result of that experience they thoroughly screen, test and qualify candidates to ensure that only the most qualified candidates will be presented for placement.  Together, Linda and Kelly can provide assistance on HR related questions or provide full HR consulting services.
